Looking for an Executive Secretary to join the team and provide comprehensive administrative support to their Executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your role will see you reporting to the Managing Director.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will develop key supply &amp; fit accounts that deliver sales revenue predominantly into this section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop an effective sales pipeline that is expected to contain clients in the main target areas of architects, interior designers, main contractors, and other specifiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive details of inquiries that arrive directly into the office for a follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep abreast of customer and prospect needs and ensure a prompt turnaround of inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on samples issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pass inquiries through to estimating and liaise with estimating and production daily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend pre-contract site meetings, often alongside colleagues with clients and contractors to finalize requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise customers on the company\u2019s Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit full and detailed handovers to internal departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports of completed and planned sales visits for delivery to the managing director on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide budget sales forecasts against targets monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the development of new products by reporting on developing trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be expected to adhere to the company&#8217;s Health and Safety Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be prepared to carry out other duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-requirements\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Should have 3 years of experience in Exhibitions and Events in UAE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have a sales portfolio\/account\u00a0in\u00a0UAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-requirements\">Attraction Factors:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Well-funded and experienced business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chance to work closely with and be mentored by an experienced Managing Director and Sales Director with over 30 years in the interior business arena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attractive commission scheme to reward high performers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong support team of designers, draftsmen, estimation, and fit-out specialists to ensure quality and timely delivery to the clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career growth opportunity in a growing region<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading interior decoration company in Dubai.
