{"id":5812,"date":"2023-06-10T09:11:17","date_gmt":"2023-06-10T05:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/taj-heez.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5812"},"modified":"2023-06-10T09:37:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-10T05:37:32","slug":"fabrication-foreman","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/taj-heez.com\/ar\/jobs\/fabrication-foreman\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabrication Foreman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading engineering company in Abu Dhabi, our client is a&nbsp;multi-disciplinary operation that has built a name throughout the region in the engineering, and production of fast-track pop-up structures, 3D thematic builds, museum displays, commercial fit-out, and retail construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To understand the project specifications\/requirements for the allocated drugs, communicate to all concerned in the fabrication bay and further work allocation of all the crews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To arrange &amp; ensure the feeding in of all drugs, cut materials, layouts, and the required tools &amp; tackles to the workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To guide the fabricators &amp; fitters to accomplish the given fit-up activities and also for the optimum utilization of man hours at par with bay set production targets as per the project quality requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with fellow welding crews for the job completion and also with all other departments like CNC shop for materials feeding, QA\/QC inspectors for job clearance, stores for getting the required tools &amp; consumables, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To report ongoing fabrication issues, potential productivity, or quality enhancements &amp; assist as and when required for continuous improvement and also to adopt the established standard working practices to meet the day-to-day set production targets as well as to achieve the zero rework target.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure the proper follow-up of all safety practices and regular housekeeping to achieve the zero accident target.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain &amp; take care of the given company assets like welding machines, tools &amp; tackles, laser plumps, gas lines, etc. for optimum utilization. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To monitor the worker\u2019s leave &amp; absents on day to day basis and counseling of workers to reduce the same as much as possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain discipline, and mutual relationship with each other and follow the organization&#8217;s culture, policies &amp; procedures inside the company premises including the staff accommodation as well.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-requirements\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An understanding of the construction industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of steel structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Producing and erecting experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to manage a team of laborers and foremen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of progress reports is an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An understanding of how to obtain client\/consultant approvals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading engineering company in Abu Dhabi, our client is a&nbsp;multi-disciplinary operation that has built a name throughout the region in the engineering, and production of fast-track pop-up structures, 3D thematic builds, museum displays, commercial fit-out, and retail construction.
