{"id":5811,"date":"2023-06-10T09:01:25","date_gmt":"2023-06-10T05:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/taj-heez.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5811"},"modified":"2023-06-10T09:29:14","modified_gmt":"2023-06-10T05:29:14","slug":"recruiter","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/taj-heez.com\/ar\/jobs\/recruiter\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruiter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading engineering company in Abu Dhabi, our client is a&nbsp;multi-disciplinary operation that has built a name throughout the region in the engineering, and production of fast-track pop-up structures, 3D thematic builds, museum displays, commercial fit-out, and retail construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manpower Planning and Recruitment\/Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinating with concerned HODs for maintaining periodic up-to-date Organizational Structures including a summary of Position\/Grade wise approved versus actual headcount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in Job Analysis, Evaluation, and Grading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of vacancies and Recruitment planning in coordination with HRAD, HQO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applying and obtaining New Trade\/other required Licenses and approvals as and when necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewal of existing Trade\/Other Licenses\/approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating with concerned municipalities, Economic Departments, and other authorities for completion of all required statutory compliances related to Projects and normal operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating with Sponsor and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Immigration Authorities as and when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HRIS\/Time and Attendance\/Compensation and Benefits and Employee Records<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain required details on HRIS (HROPAL) system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of all Time and Attendance related inputs (ie. Present\/absent days, OT hours, etc.) are provided to HQO for processing the payroll of concerned employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring absenteeism and taking necessary action to minimize the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide assistance in coordination and conducting of technical training by Company and other Contractors as and when required including planning, scheduling, and conducting of technical programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify technical\/behavioral training needs of employees and coordinate with GHRAD for conducting the necessary training program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facilities Management and Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessing the requirement of Staff\/Workmen accommodation in coordination with all concerned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring enough accommodation is available to accommodate all eligible employees both existing and new and if required arranging to acquire additional accommodation within minimum lead time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all necessary arrangements, documentation, and statutory compliance including required certifications\/inspections, for existing and new own\/leased accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"speech-therapist-requirements\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recruiting experience in blue-collar and white-collar positions is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 05 years in UAE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure you are familiar with UAE labor laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should know how to prepare Limited\/Unlimited contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to design and implement HR policies is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a strong personality and take corrective actions against underperforming employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A thorough knowledge of the UAE&#8217;s multiple job portals is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate must be either 30 or above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading engineering company in Abu Dhabi, our client is a&nbsp;multi-disciplinary operation that has built a name throughout the region in the engineering, and production of fast-track pop-up structures, 3D thematic builds, museum displays, commercial fit-out, and retail construction.
