We are seeking people with Middle East experience for the listed positions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be successful as a home care nurse, you should be a nurturing individual who can handle a wide range of tasks without being squeamish. Outstanding candidates possess the mental strength and resilience to care for patients and are also able to provide emotional support to family members if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"home-care-nurse-responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traveling to patients\u2019 homes and managing their care plans according to physicians\u2019 instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the safety of the patient under care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide childcare by assisting with hygiene, feeding, and playtime activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide senior\/elderly care by assisting with the patient\u2019s activities of daily living.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient&#8217;s conditions to the Nurse Supervisor, the Nurse Manager, and other members of the multi-disciplinary health team, accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide emotional support and companionship for all patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect the confidentiality of patient information by ensuring that nursing documents and conversations pertaining to patient care are secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in providing a clean &amp; safe care environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to Infection Control Policies and Procedures at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"home-care-nurse-requirements\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>To be considered for this role, you must possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional courses in biology, anatomy, and science may be required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HAAD License.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UAE Experience for 2 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent report writing skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active listening skills and empathy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical and mental strength.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transport may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary: AED7,000.00 &#8211; 9,000.00<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our exclusive recruitment partnership, we are working with an international healthcare organization located in Abu Dhabi.
