We are in an exclusive recruitment partnership with a leading interior decoration company in Dubai. Our client is a team of passionate and creative individuals committed to providing their clients with the highest quality design and service. Looking for an Executive Secretary to join the team and provide comprehensive administrative support to their Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role will see you reporting to the Managing Director.
  • You will develop key supply & fit accounts that deliver sales revenue predominantly into this section.
  • Develop an effective sales pipeline that is expected to contain clients in the main target areas of architects, interior designers, main contractors, and other specifiers.
  • Receive details of inquiries that arrive directly into the office for a follow-up.
  • Keep abreast of customer and prospect needs and ensure a prompt turnaround of inquiries.
  • Follow up on samples issued.
  • Pass inquiries through to estimating and liaise with estimating and production daily.
  • Attend pre-contract site meetings, often alongside colleagues with clients and contractors to finalize requirements.
  • Advise customers on the company’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Submit full and detailed handovers to internal departments.
  • Prepare reports of completed and planned sales visits for delivery to the managing director on a weekly basis.
  • Provide budget sales forecasts against targets monthly.
  • Assist in the development of new products by reporting on developing trends.
  • You will be expected to adhere to the company’s Health and Safety Policy.
  • Be prepared to carry out other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Should have 3 years of experience in Exhibitions and Events in UAE.
  • Should have a sales portfolio/account in UAE.
